Plan to arrive by 12:00 pm. The Opening General Session will begin at 2:00 pm.
Depart:
Thursday, May 7
Depart at leisure. Hotel check-out time is 11:00 am.
What if I am interested in extending my stay at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort?
If you are interested in extending your stay at The Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort at your own expense, the room rate will be $229.00 + $5.00 resort fee + 2% public user fee + 13% occupancy tax based on availability. Renee Adams will contact you after you within 1 – 2 weeks have completed and submitted your registration to confirm your requested hotel extension.
What is the agenda for the Vendor Expo on Tuesday, May 5?
Vendor Set-up
7:00 am – 12:00 pm
All vendors must be completely set-up by 12:00 pm.
Vendor Expo Hours
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Vendor Teardown
3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Will we receive an Exhibitor Kit for the 2026 Vendor Expo?
Yes, you will receive a detailed Exhibitor Kit in January 2026 which will include:
• Important deadlines
• Shipping instructions & shipping labels
• Order forms for power, Wi-Fi, and audio-visual equipment
What does my tabletop display include?
One 6’ x 30” table draped in black linen
Two Chairs
Note: Space is limited to only one 6’ table per vendor.
What can I bring and display?
You are welcome to bring and display current contracted products and company swag. We recommend displaying small items that City Barbeque Teammates can easily pack in their luggage. Additional information regarding banner stands and table-top displays will be included in the Exhibitor Kit.
What is the attire for the meetings?
Business casual or company branded gear. Please bring a light jacket or sweater for the meeting rooms.
Am I responsible for booking my own travel arrangements?
You are responsible for booking airfare and ground transportation. We will book your hotel room.
Can I attend the breakfast Fireside Chat with Rick Malir and Mike Mudoon on Tuesday, May 5?
Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors are welcome to attend the breakfast Fireside Chat.
Can I attend the exclusive Happy Hour with the City Barbeque Leadership Team and President’s Club?
Golf and Platinum sponsors only.
Can I participate in the optional activities on Wednesday, May 6?
Silver Sponsor = (1) Activity Pass
Gold Sponsor = (2) Activity Passes
