All efforts will be made to ticket you in/out of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). You will be ticketed in/out of Miami International Airport (MIA) if flight options are less expensive and offer a better schedule.

All airline tickets will be booked through Navan. Please make sure your Navan profile is up to date for a more seamless trip. In addition, please make sure you provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID (state-issued REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport).

It is a federally mandated that you MUST present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID (can be identified by a star in the upper-right hand corner of the card – design of the star may vary by state). In the event you need to change your airline itinerary after it has been booked, you will be responsible for any change fees or difference in airfare. In addition, if the airfare for the requested non-conference dates exceeds the cost for the actual conference dates, you will be responsible for the difference in airfare.
